    Again, I'd like to shower the whole Dealership with praise and appreciation! I've been a Mazda customer for a number of years. I'd originally leased from another branch, but had all of my service done on the North Shore. They far exceeded my overall experience with the other location so I chose to do all of my new business with them and they've never let me down! I called Kevin Parker last month in utter frustration in my failed attempt to get a VIP wash at another location (personal challenges amplified my frustration) and Kevin was kind enough to jump in and book the apt. for me. He truly is very responsive and always ensures he has a smile for me! I hope Mazda really appreciates the personal care and value he extends! Janet is always exceptional when booking my apts. and the peeps on the order desk are fast, efficient, friendly and do what they promise! They fixed an issue with my navigation system which I haven't put to the test yet, but I do know for certain that if it's not working 100%, they WILL ensure the job gets done. Further more...as much as I appreciated my little green Mazda 2...I absolutely LOVE MY 2015 MAZDA 3! LOVE THAT RED!! GREAT JOB MAZDA!! I'M IMPRESSED!! A thousand thanks to all!!
