Both the 2021 Mazda CX-5 and 2021 Mazda CX-9 have received new technology in their latest mid-year update. Here’s an overview of the changes.
2021.5 Mazda CX-5
The 2021 Mazda CX-5 receives the i-ACTIVESENSE suite of active safety technologies in every model now, meaning that every CX-5 will offer Mazda Radar Cruise Control with Stop&Go, Smart Brake Support Front, Pedestrian Detection, Lane-keep Assist System, Lane Departure Warning System, and more.
Moreover, the CX-5 GS with i-ACTIV AWD gets 19-inch wheels now and the Kuro trim gets a new black leather interior option with red stitching. A new Mazda Connect infotainment system housed in a large 10.25-inch centre display is standard, and the system will receive a new Mazda Connected Services system starting in the fall.
